About the job
Delivery of payroll across 30 different UK entities
Responsibility for end to end running of a section of the payroll portfolio
Build and Maintain relationships with allocated customers
High volume weekly and monthly payrolls
Receive and accurately input payroll data onto Peoplesoft or directly onto payroll.
Manage the interface with the payroll system, perform audits and resolve issues, complete controls processes as documented
Run payroll to Net and then to BACS
Take ownership and resolve queries in an accurate and timely manner include, pension, pay, tax, share plan and statutory entitlements ensuring all received queries are logged and monitored
You must have
Significant experience in an end to end payroll team
Proven ability to demonstrate functional expertise encompassing the total payroll environment
Experience of year end processes and P11Ds is desirable.
Holds or is working towards foundation in Payroll Administration or equivalent. (IPPM)
Experience in a large global organisation preferred
