purchase ledger coordinator to join the team and take responsibility for a complete ledger. Reporting in to the Finance Team Leader main responsibilities are likely to include the following:
Responsible for the daily sorting and sending out of proforma invoices to contractors
Daily checking of contractor VAT invoices and releasing for payment Processing cheque requisitions
Involved in the manual allocation of processing of credit notes
Dealing with compensation claims, CIS tax and dealing with queries from contractors
It is expected that that you will enjoy working in a busy environment and have a good working knowledge of purchase ledger but be equally happy to learn new skills and have a desire to work in a team and take pride in the quality of work produced with a keen eye for detail.
