Purchase Ledger Assistant required for busy town centre global company. Duties include general office administration together all aspects of the purchase ledger and dealing with customer queries within designated company timescales. All candidates must have previous experience in matching invoices to credit notes, investigating and resolving queries, keeping up to date accurate computerised records, reconciling statements and providing cover for other areas within the Finance team as and when required.
The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, IT literate, articulate, numerate and a good team player.
