Job Title:Office Manager/ Accounts Assistant
Description:Office Manager/ Accounts Assistant - London, London A fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding design consultancy in Central London. They are looking for an Office Manager/ Accounts Assistant to look after the smooth running of this forward thinking company. You will need to be organised and flexible. It is important that you can communicate clearly with clients over the telephone and face to face. You will need to be quick thinking and numerically literate. Your daily responsibilities will include: Running all day to day accounts - inputting all customer & supplier invoices Recording of all expenses & receipts, controlling expenditure and profit by producing regular financial reports for the partners PA work for 2 directors Producing customer invoices Keeping all client contact information & mailing lists updated Assisting in account management work and marketing This opportunity will offer someone a great chance to become involved in the day to day running of a busy office and really take ownership over their workload. Although it is not essential the client would ideally like someone with previous office experience in a design company and knowledge of Sage Line 50.
