Job Title:Claims Assistant
Description:Claims Assistant - Swindon, Wiltshire Job Description To assist the department with administrational tasks. This is to cover maternity leave. Key Objectives Action incoming post. Address incoming faxes. Married post/fax files passed to relevant team line manager. Filing. Action outgoing post. Resolve un-referenced post. Locate 'missing files'. General Duties & Tasks Receive, open, date stamp and sort (referenced and un-referenced) daily post Receive and date stamp incoming faxes. Locate files for received post and faxes then pass to relevant team line manager. Sort actioned files and file accordingly Collection, franking and distribution of outgoing post. Search the systems for un-referenced post and forward accordingly to relevant area. Locate 'missing files' and marry with incoming correspondence. Key Skills and Experience This role would suit candidates with strong administration/customer service experience willing and able to learn and develop their knowledge of insurance. Previous insurance experience would be a definite advantage. Candidates must have a methodical approach, attention to detail and a head for numbers. A confident phone manner and the ability to keep calm under pressure are essential.
Salary Range:15000 - 18000/annum Pro-rata
