My client a multinational Financial Planning Company are seeking Financial Planning Managers. There are excellent training and development and a comprehensive benefits package and a company car. It is essential that you have Financial Planning experience (either independent or tied) along with the full FPC Qualification. There is a excellent commission structure and various bonuses and prizes (such as holidays) for attaining various targets.
Purpose: To meet or exceed business plan in line with regulatory requirements set out in the Professional Development Programme. To maintain and develop relationships with customers, relevant business units and personnel in support of business objectives.
Key Results Area
·Meets or exceeds New Business and business quality targets
·Meets or exceeds activity levels set out in personal business plan
·Meets or exceeds the lead generation requirements set out in personal business plan
·Builds relationships with customers in order to build and maintain sales
·Meets or exceeds the standards set out in the Professional Development Programme
·Builds relationships with key contacts in order to build and maintain sales
·Captures, analyses and applies relevant information to inform sales planning
·Identifies and converts opportunities for driving sales growth and cross selling
·Ensures appropriate records are maintained.
·Takes accountability for resolving customer service issues in order to maintain the overall quality of the relationship with BBS
·Will comply with FSA requirements

·Performance against business plan
·Activity against business plan
·Volume and quality of lead generation: own sales and referrals
·Fact Find query rates
·Feedback from line management and peers
·Business Risk audit reports
·Maintenance of product knowledge through Annual knowledge testing
Speed / effectiveness of issue resolution.
Skills and experience
·Sales experience within Financial Services.
·Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering sales growth
·Business quality meets required standard
·Competent Adviser Status
·Strong presentation and communication skills
·Ability to work as part of a sales team
