A hugely successful, blue chip telecommunications organisation, based in West London, is looking for a Credit Control Advisor. The Credit Control Advisor role requires you to be a strong negotiator and have great persuasion skills. As a Credit Control Advisor you will enjoy helping people, handling complex cases and getting results. Working in the outbound department, the Credit Control Advisor's responsibilities include:
•Contacting customers with outstanding accounts and negotiating payment terms with them.
•High level of customer service focus, combining some sales skills including negotiation, influencing and closing skills.
•Working to both team and individual KPI's and targets.
•Ensuring customers are retained after the collections process.
•Working to company SLA's and the highest standards in service and quality.
You should be:
•Customer focused and committed to high service levels.
•Background in credit and collections/customer service/sales.
•Strong persuasion, negotiation and influencing skills.
•Previous dealings with solving customer's problems/queries/escalated complaints.
•Solution and results focused.
This role includes uncapped commission and many healthy benefits:
•Basic £16k + uncapped commission (first year potential of £25k to £30k - Top earners on £45+!!)
