An excellent opportuntity exists for a mortgage compeltions administrator to jon this lender in the sub prime market working on site for a busy mortgage packagers.
With a minimum 1 year packaging experience preferably within a Completions role you will be a self-starter, decisive, service orientated and organised
Your responsibilties will include:
Deal with all completion queries on a daily basis
Liaise with brokers and account managers to maintain the flow of information & to promote strong business relationships
Check all offer documentation
Ensure all mortgage conditions have been satisfied
Liaise with solicitors to chase legal documentation
Chase outstanding documentation with brokers and account managers
Ensure all case requirements are met prior to completion
Liaise with Lender Completions Departments to ensure cases complete satisfactorily
Take ownership for allocated case load
Adhere to all compliance & quality assurance requirements e.g. money laundering, data protection and FSA
Maintain a service driven culture and answer telephone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Ensure product, completions, and compliance knowledge is maintained, developed and up to date
Actively participate in training and development opportunities
