Description:Corporate Finance Manager - Hampshire - Southampton, Hampshire Corporate Finance Manager : Hampshire - Our client is one of the largest independent practices in the region and is looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Manger to join their team. To be considered for this post all applicants with be ACCA or ACA qualified with experience of working on corporate finance assignments. This is an exciting, varied role which includes leading and assisting on acquisitions, disposals and MBO's and undertaking share valuations, due diligence, and finance raising work The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills and be able to provide sound commercial solutions to transaction and fund raising issues. A lateral thinker with sharp analytical skills, who is able to focus on what is important so that deadlines are met.
