Job Title:Customer Experience Administrator
Description:Customer Experience Administrator - United Kingdom (Royston), Cambridgeshire Objectives · Provide an effective system of service support to the Customer Experience Representatives to ensure that we all meet our service and experience objectives · Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently · Take responsibility for improving the way my team works within the business · Continue to grow in accordance with my personal aspirations and values Responsibilities · Respond to correspondence by email and letter · Carry out data entry, systems-related and administrative tasks · Log and process cheque refunds · Process report for expired cards · Log and process bounced payments · Log and process charity requests · Control problem order file · Secure disposal of customer details · Make sure I understand the current promotions which will effect the way I work · Understand the business’s aims, values and activities; ensure that these are reflected in all aspects of the way I do my job · Understand and adhere to the procedures which support the way I work; ensure that I regularly review them to ensure that they reflect the best way to do the job · Recognise that I am part of my immediate team and the wider HC team, and aim to collaborate in all aspects of my work · Understand my personal aspirations and value and create objectives towards achieving them Competences · Exceptionally well-organised, methodical and process-orientated · Strong service ethic; desire to exceed the expectations of others · PC skills – Office, Word and Excel · Ability to understand, follow and challenge procedures
