Job Title:Manager, Pensions Administration Team (Ref 564300)
Description:Manager, Pensions Administration Team (Ref 564300) - London Join an expanding provider of actuarial and pensions services offering a bespoke service to clients. You will be managing a small team to provide an efficient consultancy service. The company offers flexible working practices and training opportunities. In this newly created role you will oversee the administration teamís work which will include people management duties such as appraisals and training. You will work to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are maintained as well as ensuring all team tasks are completed within regulations and company policies are charged correctly. Using your initiative and knowledge of the market you will work to bring in improvements to the efficiency of the systems where possible. As well as the operational role you will also take on strategic issues and new business initiatives as well as working with existing clients to analyse their needs and introduce new solutions. The successful candidate will have significant pensions experience and excellent technical skills preferably gained within a pensions consultancy. They should be able to meet changeable targets, develop new business leads, have people management experience and a marketing or sales background, as well as Analytical, interpersonal and IT skills.
