Our client is one of the top five Building Societies in the UK who serve over 1 million customers. They have over 1,000 employees and invest a great deal of time in the training and development of their staff and have held the Investors in People Accreditation for over five years.
They now require a Customer Service Advisor (Viewpoint) in their Leicester branch.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience in a customer services/financial services environment and be required to study for and achieve Customer Service Professional (CSP) qualification within 12 months of appointment into the role.
You will need to be enthusiastic, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and use you initiative, with the ability to recognise potential sales opportunities whilst maintaining a high level of customer service whilst working towards targets as you will be providing a consultancy service for customers giving advice about the range of Savings and Protection Products offered.
You will also need to be computer literate and ideally have used or have knowledge of the following systems:
Word, Excel, Outlook, ATM, Summit, Intranet, Equifax
The salary for this role is between £13,476 and £15,768 dependent on experience, plus supplement and benefits.
