Description:SALES LEDGER ASSISTANT - Loudwater, Buckinghamshire Our client, a leading healthcare company are looking for an Sales Ledger Assistant to join their team. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and take responsibility for the sales ledger function including the following duties:- ? To ensure timely, accurate and complete billing of sales in line with agreed standards and controls. ? To ensure that all queries and correspondence are promptly followed up and resolved. ? Raise and process customer invoices and ensure complete bookings into the general ledger system. ? In conjunction with sales operations team, maintain customer records up to date with all documentation properly filed. ? Input pricing and other contract information on the customer account ? Investigate and resolve customer queries arising from invoices generated ? Prepare regular customer account reconciliations and investigate queries arising. ? Raise credit notes in line with agreed instructions and ensure processed through the accounting system. ? To ensure that all procedures and processes undertaken are properly documented and kept up to date. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role and be comfortable using Microsoft products teamed with excellent communication skills.
Salary Range:16000 - 20000/annum
