They now require Credit Control Team Leaders to work within the Credit Control functions in Leeds and Stoke. You will report to the Credit Control Manager and assist in delivering an effective and efficient Credit Management service to this multi-faceted, multi-site company. You will lead and facilitate the work of established teams of credit controllers, providing proactive support, guidance and mentoring, training and development where required and monitoring performance, ensuring all business objectives and targets are met. With an established background in credit control, you will have proven hands on experience and an understanding of credit control accounting. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ambition to succeed in a goal driven, fast paced working environment and the ability and confidence to motivate and develop a dedicated team. Ideally, you will be ICM qualified or part qualified, although successful candidates will be provided with the support required to gain professional status.
