Job Title:Employee Benefits Sales Manager - Thames Valley
Description:Employee Benefits Sales Manager - Thames Valley - Berkshire, Berkshire You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for the companys' group risk products. This role will include calls to both existing and new business clients within a substantial geographical area. Responsible for generating and developing new product initiatives and opportunities. Solely responsible for account management and delivery of first class client service. Responsible for the management reporting of development of portfolio within geographical area. Increasing quotation activity by pro-active business development. Maintaining business levels / client retention. To consistently promote and maintain the company's continued commitment to the IFA market. Ability to generate new business, you will have your own panel of clients local to your geographical area. This role is field based and will require travel. You will be out on the road selling direct to IFA's at least 3 days per week. Responsible for selling all aspects of employee benefits products group risk. ESSENTIAL: Candidates will need a proven track record within a sales environment. Sound relevant experience gained within a similar financial services environment. A thorough understanding of group risk / investments and / or group pensions products. First class customer facing skills. Excellent communication / inter-personal skills. Articulate, numerate
