Job Title:Workplace Consultant - Midlands and North
Description:Workplace Consultant - Midlands and North - North West Our Client is the third largest general insurer in the UK. They operate in more than 50 countries and serve more than 50 million customers worldwide. They cater to a wide range of needs, providing advice and guidance to individual and corporate customers on a variety of financial products and services. The Role:- To provide primarily a face to face and a secondary telephone based financial planning service to maximise the value obtained from the installation of both new and existing Corporate Pension schemes. To build and deliver effective workplace communication programmes for both new and existing corporate pension scheme clients to increase business oppurtunities. Key Accountabilities:- - To assist in advising and processing pension transfer oppurtunities and other areas of financial planning that will arise following group presentations and face to face advice sessions within the workplace. -To assist in the planning and implementation of specific communication plans, leading to the delivery of presentations to groups of employees from member organisations with the neccesary pre and post presentation follow up to ensure effectiveness. -To educate employess to use all of the technology and resources available to them to maximise their personal understanding and benefit from the scheme. -To carry out any promotional activity prior to the presentation or following the presentation in order to maximise it's impact and benefit to the members and to CBS. -To maintain or win new business, supporting the strategy to meet our NBI/PVFP targets, by providing and sharing information about the new and existing pension schemes with groups or individual employees and by responding and providing information for any enquiries generated as a result of the presentation. -To establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the Client Relationship and the Business Development Teams including establishing excellent channels of communication. Skills Required:- Financial Planning Certificate: 1, 2 & 3 Strong planning and organisation skills Professional presentaion skills in large group situations High level of integrity Excellent working knowledge of Word, Powerpoint, Excel and use of the internet. The package Basic salary of 30,000 plus excellent bonus up to 25,000 Based in Midlands and North of England
