Job Title:Scheme Development Manager - Yorkshire & Mancheste
Description:Scheme Development Manager - Yorkshire & Mancheste - Greater Manchester Our Client is the third largest general insurer in the UK. They operate in more than 50 countries and serve more than 50 million customers worldwide. They cater to a wide range of needs, providing advice and guidance to individual and corporate customers on a variety of financial products and services. The Role:- To manage the relationship with existing Corporate clients to generate compliant new business income through direct and intermediated new business acquisition channels. To develop a communication strategy with and for the client to promote and maximise pensions NBI throuigh an improved member's understanding of pension related issues and the provision of advice for the employees and to Corporate entities. Key accountabilities:- -Proactive approach to managing client development and to be able to identify oppurtunities to establish/increase new business. -Working with clients at a senior level to ensure the proposition is implemented as agreed, resolc=ving any issues. -The point of contact regarding any business as usual issues between clients, liasing as neccesary with Head Office functions and dealing with any client issues to an effective conclusion. Skills required:- Self starting and proactive Strong track record in sales within financial services Strong technical background in life, pension and Corporate business Thorough understanding of the marketplace, including competition, distribution channels etc High level presentation skills FPC/AFPC Qualified CAS Status desirable but not essential. The package:- Basic salary of 30,000 plus excellent bonus of up to 25,000 Yorkshire/Manchester area
