Job Title:Pensions Administrator
Description:Pensions Administrator - London First-rate opportunity to join an innovative consultancy to work as part of the team to deliver a high quality administration service for one or more clients. You will remain the first point of contact for the client or acts as first point of contact for smaller clients. You will be involved in record management and member enquiries, benefit calculations payments (e.g. retirements, preserved benefits, transfer values, AVCs), and handling allocated administrative tasks. An excellent communicator, you will efficiently handle member and third party telephone enquiries independently as well as undertaking any project work as required by the team leader. To be successful, you will understand basic theory of pension schemes and how benefits entitlements are determined, possess relevant experience within the sector, good technical skills and knowledge of the Profund oPen System is preferred. Essentially you will possess a good knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution administration. Ideally you will be working towards a recognized pensions qualification(i.e. PMI or QPA ) Flexible benefits scheme to include: pension contributions, life assurance and long term disability cover. The remainder of the Flex Fund is open to you to choose your own benefits. These include buying or selling holiday days, medical insurance, dental insurance, childcare vouchers and travel insurance.
