The post holder will be part of a large team of support staff with responsibility for all aspects of the operation and management of the Companies properties within Europe. The normal place of work will be Leeds but the post holder may from time to time be required to work in other locations to meet operational needs.
You will be required to provide a first class client support service which exceeds the expectations of both internal and external clients. This includes dealing with different people and a variety of tasks. You will report to a Team Leader and will be the first point for clients, portraying an image for the company. Meeting and greeting clients. The operation of a computerised switchboard and room booking system. You will monitor meeting rooms and all client areas, liaising with catering staff. You will assist with the distribution of rail tickets/security passes and monitoring stationery.
Skills and experience:
Previous Customer Service preferably with a legal background.
Educated to G.C.S.E Level
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Pleasant and friendly disposition.
Ability to adapt well to change.
You will be tactful, calm and diplomatic in your approach and will be able to project a smart professional business image.
Key competencies: Key competencies for this role will include an enthusiastic, willing and positive approach.
Customer Service experience and all round IT knowledge. You will be able to work as part of a team and be able to prioritise and use own initiative.
