Processing all basic and intermediate pensions administration and project tasks.
Handling one off project work: initially to assist with implementation of post A Day standard letters and procedures.
Experience gained in the administration of Defined Benefits Schemes, including leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers in, transfer out, monthly processing and investment, benefit statements, renewals and pension increases.
Experience of current pensions legislations and framework is essential. Extensive knowledge of Finance & Pensions Act 2004 and impact on administration.
Educated to A level standard or equivalent ideally in a Mathematical related subject. In addition to GCSE or equivalent in English at Grade B or above is required.
Ideally studying for/or willingness to study for QPA/PMI qualifications.
Previous experience of checking and mentoring more junior members of staff would be desirable.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
