|Description:||Assistant Manager Insurance Broking - Crawley, West Sussex
Management of the New Business operation, systems, procedures and staff, including responsibility for the level of service provided to the customer.
The management of the New Business operations and procedures.
Maximising the performance and level of service provided by the New Business teams.
Identify areas for operational improvement through monitoring of New Business activity, processes and Customer feedback.
To encourage and continuously improve cross selling activity within the team.
Staff responsibility including recruitment, identifying and requesting training needs, staff performance reviews, absence and holiday, maintaining or moral and discipline.
Maintaining interdepartmental relationships.
Representing your teams at management briefings.
Working with senior management on the production of budget and Business Plan and the achieving of the targets contained within.
A minimum of 5 years General Insurance experience at a senior level.
People management skills with a proven track record in a similar environment.
Good standard of general education, including English and Maths|
