Job Title:Commercial Account Handler
Description:Commercial Account Handler - London, London We are looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler. The role Providing a first class general commercial insurance service to existing and prospective clients. Providing a high quality administration and support service within a team environment. Supporting a team of Account Executives, providing a level of customer service to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. Ensuring that complete and accurate records are maintained of all client dealings both on client files and within computer held records. Qualifications and Experience Must hold Insurance Foundation Certificate One and one other relevant Insurance Foundation qualification from Two to Six or recognised equivalent, unless they have or are studying towards a higher General Insurance qualification. Have at least one years' personal and three year's commercial industry experience. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have excellent analytical skills and prefer to work in a structured, planned manner. Ideal candidates will have excellent General Commercial Insurance Services experience Certificate In Insurance 6 GCSEs Grade C or above including English and Mathematics Previous client facing experience. Diploma In Insurance or equivalent General intelligence Good reasoning Good general written and numeric skills %0
