Working for a firm of well established IFAs.
Providing an efficient and accurate day-to-day administration support to one or more consultants, within specified standards and timescales.
Deliver set service standards for consultancy team.
Ensure consistent and efficient use of back office systems.
* Prioritisation of day-to-day work with a minimum of supervision.
* Assist Regional Director/Divisional Director in ensuring that branch office records are maintained in accordance with company's compliance procedures.
* Adhering to the company's operational procedures and processes at all times
Qualifications and Experience
Current sales support experience in financial services is essential administration (preferably IFA-related).
Making progress towards full FPC or other relevant professional qualifications desirable.
Broad knowledge with varying Financial Planning Products including Pensions, Drawdown, Inheritance Tax and particularly SASS's)
Familiar with current legislation and industry practice.
Computer literate, including extensive knowledge of Windows applications, & Excel.
