Job Title:Facultative Administration Assistant
Description:Facultative Administration Assistant - Croydon, Surrey The role involves chasing external parties by telephone to obtain signed contract documentation, ensuring service standards are met. Reviewing the documents once returned to identify any changes, with referral to branches as necessary. Entering information on to the mainframe workflow to ensure an accurate status is maintained against each document. Chasing internal parties to ensure all queries are resolved promptly. Filing once all actions have been completed. Checking the more simple internal / external contract documentation and, after training, providing cover for the role of the FacAdmin Co-ordinator handling the more complex cases. Skills & Knowledge Required It is essential for candidates to have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to build good working relationships with external and internal contacts. Experience of written communication with numeracy and accuracy is an essential part of the role, together with the ability to express all issues clearly and concisely. The ability to work both as a team member and alone is essential, together with the flexibility to deal with a fluctuating workload during the course of each month / quarter. Knowledge of insurance or reinsurance would be an advantage.
Salary Range:16000 - 18000/annum Exc Bene
