|Description:||Pensions Team Leader - Basingstoke & Deane, Hampshire
Seeking an experienced Pensions Administration Team Leader with excellent technical knowledge of both DB & DC schemes.
To lead a team(s) and manage the operational system in the efficient and accurate administration of pensions in line with client and member demand. (The size of the team may vary and dependent upon scheme and job holders ability)
To ensure that Clients and Members needs are fully captured and the operation is organised to meet those requirements
To facilitate solutions to continuously improve the performance of the operation
To develop and maintain relationships across the business and with third parties.
Technical/ Knowledge Requirements
Experience within the pensions industry. An awareness of IR regulations including statutory benefit calculations, disclosure and data protection is beneficial.
Systems / IT
A high level of computer literacy and good working knowledge and experience of Profund.
Experience in leading teams within a client focussed environment.
Demonstrates a good understanding of the financials and budgeting process.
QPA or experience equivalent
Good standard of general education (A level or equivalent) to include a high level of numeracy and literacy.|
|Salary Range:||£30000 - £35000/annum Flexible|
