Job Title:DC Corporate Actions Project Co-ordinato
Description:DC Corporate Actions Project Co-ordinato - London, London The Role is very varied and covers all aspects of co-ordinating, planning and Managing Corporate Actions from the initial meeting and includes liaison with internal and some external customers, analysis of incoming information, adhering to agreed procedures and timescales. The DC Corporate Action Co-ordinator is responsible for all services being delivered to the client during the Corporate Action and will co-ordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure services are delivered to the client in an agreed and timely manner e.g. Legal, Communications, Administration and Presentations. They will identify any operational issues as they arise and make recommendations to Clients / Management for any required changes. They will also be pro-active in determining any other needs or concerns of the client and Operations department and act on them accordingly. During the Corporate Action the DC Corporate Action Co-ordinator will: "Establish and maintain a Project file to include all aspects of the Corporate Action "Ensure client deliverables, and where appropriate acceptances, are achieved "Liaise with all DC departments and others when required "Provide reports to senior management as required "Support and peer review other teams work as required Experience and Qualifications Essential Skills Required: "Good e
