Job Title:Pensions Business Systems Analyst
Description:Pensions Business Systems Analyst - London, London To work within the Business Analysis team within the Project Office, line-managing a number of business analysts. To take ownership for assigned goals and be responsible for gathering and filtering requirements, impact analysis, specifying both business and IT solutions for various aspects of the global Defined Benefit and Defined Contributions institutional businesses. Initial focus will be on providing and overseeing business analysis initiatives within the Accelerated Growth programme - a key strategic goal for the DC institutional business. Experience and Qualifications Experience of line management, ideally in a business analysis / financial services environment Either experience within the Institutional pensions business or an interest in learning more about this business area Genuinely interested in building a long term career within business analysis / system analysis. Ideally ISEB qualified or a willingness to study for the ISEB exams. (Supported by the company) Ideally knowledge of Web applications and systems such as Planviewer, Administrator, ICRS, GAMBIT, INVEST 1 Excellent PC skills (MS Office and MS Access) Analytical, logical with excellent verbal and written communication skills Drive and enthusiasm with a 'can do' approach FOR THIS ROLE IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A PENSIONS SYSTEMS ANALYST.
