Description:Institutional Client Services Manager - London, London The Client Services Manager (CSM) acts as the main contact for all administrative services for Institutional clients with the objective of total client satisfaction. Client Services represent all ongoing aspects of administration and servicing of client accounts. The CSM makes a key contribution to the development of the client relationship and institutional business goal of retaining and developing every client we win. Key Skills A passion for client service Total ownership for delivery of effective client service Excellent communication and client service skills Team player who can gain the support and commitment of internal service partners and also with the confidence to project manage when required Ability to balance the priority for client service with the requirement for risk management Willingness to question processes with a view to improving client service delivery Can do attitude reflected in pro-active internal problem resolution and progress chasing Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery, documentation and reporting A proactive approach to internal relationships with an analytical, enquiring mind and a willingness to learn Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with good rapport building skills Strong desire and satisfaction for completing and finishing tasks Interest in industry regulation and internal policy%2
