To provide efficient day to day technical and administrative service
Liaise with Director regarding fee accounts and submission thereof
Liaise with Director as to method of obtaining renewal information and preparation of renewal questionnaire
Issue Demands and Needs statements 8 weeks prior to renewal
Prepare complete, clear and accurate renewals and re-broking reports/presentations to present to the market to ensure negotiations with providers achieve the most competitive premiums and insurance coverage for the client.
Once re-broked, provide Director/Consultant with renewal information in preparation for renewal visit where appropriate, or for discussion with client.
Issue Suitability statement
Finalise renewal placement with insurers
Process and issue renewal invoices and documentation within FSA and office timescales
Organise for collection and application of premiums and to liaise with clients HR/Payroll departments in order that accurate employee data is collated and all eligible employees are covered.
Prepare and update new business book and client planner|
