Job Title:Sales Support Co-ordinator
Description:Sales Support Co-ordinator - London, London Sales Support Co-ordinator To contribute to the effective performance of The Company's IFA distribution channel and New Business administration teams through the development of exceptional customer relationships, achieved through the delivery of service excellence and by pro-active sales activity of the Company's specialist range of financial services products, and delivery of an exceptional and effective 'one stop' response Customer Enquiry Team. Experience of working in the financial services industry, preferably with a pensions or mortgage processing background, or in a sales, call-centre, or customer services environment. Excellent communications skills - both oral and written. Excellent IT skills - particularly the aptitude to master bespoke databases / systems. Clear focus on quality and service - taking ownership for delivery of results. Flexible approach; ability to work as part of a team in a fast moving environment. An analytical approach to problem solving. Desire to succeed. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have CF 1, 4 & 7, or be willing to study to achieve the qualifications within a reasonable timescale.
