Job Title:Senior Sales Support Co-ordinator
Description:Senior Sales Support Co-ordinator - South East, South East Experience within a Group Risk environment Good level of basic education with aptitude for numeracy and literacy A high degree of PC literacy and experience Wider industry knowledge and or experience of working in sales office environment Experience of dealing with customers and understanding their needs Ability to communicate confidently face to face, by phone and in writing The ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines People management / coaching experience is desirable Provide proactive and reactive support to Sales Consultants, including: Managing quote activity in order to maximise new business opportunities. Following up quotes in order to maximise new business generation and capture competitor information. Managing broker panels and use this to support consultant activity and maximise business opportunities. Supporting the retention of existing business in order to maximise revenue. Dealing with Broker queries directed at the Sales Office, liasing internally where required. Researching and assisting in the production of presentations and reports. Forging relationships with brokers, including conducting field visits and providing training to broker office staff.
