Description:Insurance Account Handler - Reading, Berkshire Insurance Accounts Handler, Reading An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Accounts Handler based in our Clients Reading office. A varied role, as an Insurance Accounts Handler candidates will be responsible for premium accounting and client credit control, handling specified client accounts and supporting the helpline team. Duties will include premium processing, sending out invoices, chasing outstanding payments as well as assisting the helpline with telephone liaison taking orders. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be numerate, possess good attention to detail as well as a good telephone manner and have experience in a similar role within the Insurance or Finance industry. Job description To handle specified client accounts, setting up and accurately maintaining account information, premium and risk data, files and other records as required. Satisfactorily operate the credit control and invoicing routines with clients, reporting problem cases to senior client managers for action Assist and support managers in renewal and review processes, policy or cover queries and account audits Provision of helpline services to clients Handling incoming work, enquiries and diary speedily, accurately and courteously.
