Job Title:Sales Support Administrator
Description:Sales Support Administrator - London, London To assist Advisers, Consultants and Associates to generate new business and service existing business by supplying administrative services to them and to the Group as a whole. Process applications and ensure correct issue of documentation for all products with ongoing monitoring in line with the Group Service Standards. Assisting in ongoing client servicing as required. Input data onto the computer system within the required timescales as outlined in the Group Service Standards. Liaising with clients to obtain the appropriate original documentation to satisfy the money laundering identification requirements. Issue standard and non-standard letters to clients and insurance companies. Assist with preparation and distribution of mailshots if required. Assist with organisation of Adviser's, Consultant's and Associate's business affairs, which includes client liaison by letter, e-mail and can include making appointments. Generate reports as required from the computer system as specified in the relevant manual. Monitor and chase outstanding commissions as required. Open and distribute internal and external post on receipt. Entry of business to computer system including completion of New Business Tracking Checklist or Business Submission Form.
