|Description:||Training & Compliance Manager - Guildford, Surrey
Designing and delivering into Branches appropriate training solutions to meet the company and statutory training and competence requirements.
Developing, arranging and delivering appropriate training for new and existing staff to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify training needs.
Design and implement training programmes to be delivered into Branches.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness.
Ensure records are maintained through liaison with the Compliance Officer and the Branch Managers
Ensure compliance and regulatory training is delivered to all staff.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
Experience in Personal Lines, Commercial Insurance.
Existing training skills and some relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure
'Can do' attitude
Experience of working in an FSA regulatory T&C environment.
Good PC Skills|
|Salary Range:||£30000 - £35000/annum N/A|
