Job Title:Business Analyst Pensions - Surrey
Description:Business Analyst Pensions - Surrey - Crawley, West Sussex Identification and analysis of detailed Pensions and Annuities business requirements Production of written reports and formal presentations Design and documentation of new and amended business processes Design and specification of new and amended business processes Design and specification of new and enhanced IT functionality Production of test strategies, plans and conditions Production of test data and expected results System and UAT testing Training of operational staff and other project support team members Guidance and co-ordination of operations staff and third party supplier resources Architectural guidance and control of own and others design solutions Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years experience of business analysis in a pensions or Life Assurance environment (product provider or occupational pension administration team) Hands on experience working to a structured IT systems development process, ideally gained in a large corporate environment. Minimum good A levels, ideally degree level Strong numeric, analytical and solution designs Confident and flexible in manner with strong interpersonal, presentation and organisational skills Relevant process design experience Competent use of Microsoft Office products Good general IT awareness and user skills Working knowledge of relevant pensions legislation and PSO, OPRA and DSS regulations
