Description:Payroll/HR Implementation Consultant - Surrey, Surrey Payroll/HR Implementation Consultant Surrey £27-28k + Car/Car Allowance Exciting opportunity to break into the Implementation Consultancy world. Working for a friendly forwarded thinking company who are experiencing tremendous growth, the role would suit individuals with either a Payroll or HR background who wish to diversify. The company will provide full training and development and support throughout. Main Responsibilities Analyse the requirements of each organisation to access their requirements Assist each organisation to utilise their system as best suits their business Liaise closely with Consultants Manager and Project or Account Managers, any client questions/concerns or further consultancy and/or training needs Report any Technical/System issues to Tech to ensure resolution Ensure Consultancy site reports are completed in a timely fashion to facilitate project continuity You will require excellent communication, instruction and time management skills. Previous experience will include working within an HR, Training or Payroll environment, training on a one to basis and in group environments and involvement with system implementation You will require a full UK driverís licence and MUST be prepared to travel nationwide which may include overnight stays from time to time.
