Excellent opportunity to work for this rapidly expanding company within a friendly and busy department.
Job Purpose - to provide a fully inclusive payroll service to a number of clients from various industry sectors.
The role is heavily client focused, therefore you will have excellent client communication skills, both oral and written and be able to manage your own workload to meet critical deadlines and be able to work on own initiative whilst being an excellent team player.
You will be responsible for processing, reconciliation and management of a portfolio of monthly, fortnightly and weekly payrolls, ensuring all deadlines are achieved and attendance at fortnightly team meetings.
A good general understanding of payroll legislation with the ability to manage and administer PAYE, SSP/SMP, tax credits, court orders and CSA’sManagement, administration and reconciliation of End of Year Processing of allocated payrolls, including related liaison with clients throughout regarding P35, P14 and P60 data. End of Year EDI submissions of related data.
Computer literate with MS Word/Excel and a computerised payroll system.
