Sole Payroll/Benefits Administrator London £32K
A great position has arisen for an experienced payroll administrator to run an outsourced payroll. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience of working in a busy and pressurised payroll environment and will be fully up to date with all current legislation.
Must be proficient in every aspect of payroll, including but not exhaustively; Manual and computerised calculations, starters & leavers, statutory payments, P11Ds, P35’s, payroll reconciliations, delivering an accurate, timely and ‘service focused’ payroll .
Candidates must have good understanding of various pension schemes, excellent balance sheet reconciliation skills and a good understanding of complex flexible benefits packages. Must have good IT skills (Word, Excel, to include pivot tables and V-Look up) and knowledge of Payroll/HR systems.
Must be an excellent communicator with people at all levels; with demonstrable oral, written and presentation skills. This role will require flexibility to ensure that deadlines are met.
Advantageous to be IPP qualified or working towards IPP qualification.
