Job Title:Payroll/HR Assistant
Description:Payroll/HR Assistant - London, London Payroll/HR Assistant London £22-26k pro rata (9 months maternity cover) Superb opportunity to join a reputable financial city company where you will gain excellent additional skills and experience! Duties and Accountabilities Assist with the monthly input of payroll data onto PeopleSoft. This includes the set up of Season Ticket and Gym Loans, entering new starter information including bank account details and tax information. Entering overtime earnings and any one-time earnings for a specific period. Liaise with Recruitment and Training about leaver/ starter information, holiday pay and any special payments for starters or terminations. Complete P45ís for leavers and starters. Record this information on HMRC website. Retrieve P6 information from HMRC website. Candidates must have previous Payroll Administration experience and good Microsoft skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience of using an HR database would be advantageous.
