Systems support team member
Our client is looking for a Systems support team member to monitor and control the payroll applications software and liaise with internal and external bodies to achieve this including the implementation of software releases from Northgate.
Administering the payroll system
Implementing system changes and enhancements, documenting new processes and procedures and liaising with designated payroll trainer to ensure all departmental staff are trained accordingly
Reviewing existing systems using business process re-engineering to identify and then introduce value added changes
Payroll project management
Candidates must have hands on day to day experience in a systems support and administration role some of which must have been using Northgate’s ResourceLink package. Must be able to produce reports using a combination of ResourceLink, Cognos and spreadsheets.
