Job Title:Payroll Advisor
Description:Payroll Advisor - Hertfordshire , Hertfordshire Payroll Advisor Hertfordshire 19K-21K Our client is looking for a Payroll Advisor to provide a high level of Service Support processing HR/Pay related work within the HR Shared Service function received from the Contact Team, or any other method of electronic communication. Must be fully competent in any HR/Pay related process. Key responsibilities: To process work received via email, fax and post in accordance with defined processes and time scales To update the call logging system with solution given /action/close as defined in the process To investigate and resolve complex issues/case To be responsible for the end to end processes and cases in specific work areas Candidates must have a good understanding of DSG Processes/Procedures/Policies within business area and an in depth knowledge of a specific area /process. Must have the ability to deal with and investigate complex end to end processes. Need to have experience with processing payroll of approximately 1500 staff. Must be experienced in using PeopleSoft (or equivalent) Medium level Word, Excel and Lotus Notes. A high degree of confidentiality and integrity is essential to the role.
