Job Title:Project Support Specialist
Description:Project Support Specialist - Surrey, Surrey JOB PURPOSE: This key role within the Service Assurity department is relied upon by the service teams to enhance the quality and consistency of products and service. This role involves contributing to the quality of products and offers delivered to the companies service teams. KEY OBJECTIVES: · To ensure the quality of the final product release · To provide an effective and consistent level of product-related information for associates and clients. KEY DUTIES/TASKS: Producing documentation to assist clients using the companies product/service Identifying and anticipating issues (e.g. new legislative requirements or product enhancements) and ensuring these are effectively communicated to the client e.g. client bulletins, EOY client guide, product guides Providing associate support and training. Providing access to information for internal users e.g. information bulletins, internal user guides, product training Reviewing product requirements and specification documentation ensuring that new functionality meets the service team needs Preparing test-plans using information given in user requirements and ensuring that the product is tested from a client\associate perspective Testing and accepting proposed solutions and new product releases on behalf of the service teams prior to roll-out Assisting, and/or managing product roll-out to the service teams Ensuring that new functionality and offers are integrated smoothly into the existing business processes Understanding and managing the impact of change with service teams affected by new offers Investigating/verifying reported core product issues and managing, with DSG, the resolution of these issues. Identifying priorities, assisting in identifying any remedial action and communicating the progress of core product issues to the service teams. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Required skills and knowledge in order to successfully perform the duties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required level of education and experience in order to successfully perform the duties. OTHER: Travel to other ADP locations may be required.
