This Cheltenham based financial services company are currently recruiting within their customer services department. The turnover within this department is fairly high because there are so many opportunities to develop within this company, into sales, underwriting, accounts, HR, fraud division.
The company offers many training and study opportunities and offers constant career guidance.
You will have strong written, verbal and numerical skills
Fast and accurate keyboard skills
Be able to work in both a team and individually
Customer service skills developed within an office environment or retail
Experience within the financial services industry would be an advantage.
Duties will involve responding to incoming correspondence and telephone calls from customers, identifying customer needs, handling and processing enquires or alternatively referring customers to the appropriate department. Processing financial documents, updating and inputting data.
There are opportunities both in branch (face to face, some weekend work required) and in the admin office (Over the telephone, Monday to Friday) so please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss either roles.
