Job Title:Client Sales Support
Description:Client Sales Support - Liverpool, Merseyside Our client is currently seeking a Sales Support person for their Liverpool office. This is a fantastic opportunity to use and develop your existing experience, with responsibility for dealing with the typing of client reports and providing basic administration duties. They offer a friendly working environment with an excellent benefit package depending on existing experience and qualifications. Personal Skills required: •Typing speed of around 60/70 wpm with a high level of accuracy •Audio and copy typing skills •Excellent grammar and presentation skills •Ability to work to deadlines and fulfil objectives •Dedicated and reliable, with a flexible and enthusiastic approach •IT literate in Microsoft office software packages •Excellent communication skills both verbal and written •Ability to work as an active team member Primary Responsibilities: •High quality service and support to the administration, sales and PKFFP clients •The production of reports and correspondence to PKFFP standards and within the timescale required •Basic administrative tasks. To assist updating and recording of client information on Company's client database •Preparing client valuations •Ability to effectively manage their own time and meet deadlines •To be able to work independently, as well as part of a team
