Job Title:Customer Relationship Representative
Description:Customer Relationship Representative - Brighton, East Sussex An opportunity has arisen to join one of the largest life organisations, who are currently seeking a Client Relationship Representative within their Customer Services team. Salary is up to 17,000 basic plus commission and excellent benefits package. Title: Client Relationship Representative Location: Brighton Reports To: Team Leader Division: Customer Relationship Team RESPONSIBILITIES: Make outbound welcome calls and sales and service calls to existing customers. Provide a clear explanation of the products and service benefits, as well as accurately quoting prices and proactively attempting to persuade the customer to buy, up sell or retain where appropriate. Maintain high customer service standards by handling all customer queries effectively, remaining courteous and professional at all times. Listen attentively to customer requirements, asking pertinent questions to establish facts in order to gain a full understanding of the customer need. Ensure all information is entered accurately onto the system. Take personal responsibility for the quality of the sales process, in order to minimise cancellations and complaints, achieving optimal levels of net sales. Ensure that personal and team sales conversions are achieved or exceeded on a daily basis. These will include gross sales, decision maker contact rates, net conversions etc. Also ensure that all other relevant targets, to the set programmes, are met on a daily/weekly basis, maintaining minimum levels of productivity and performance in relation to talk time, wrap-up time, availability, administration time etc. Maintain an up-to-date level of project specific knowledge by being attentive to, and acting upon, information delivered in team meetings, training sessions and other briefings. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements within the sales centre. Contribute to maintain an enjoyable working environment by assisting colleagues and participating in the team at all levels. Remain focused on business requirements. Any other ad hoc duties as required and requested by your Line Manager. ESSENTIAL: Candidates should have previous customer service experience. Candidates must have proven track record of working in an office environment. Excellent communications and listening skills. Good PC skills, with good knowledge of Word and Excel. Good attention to detail / methodical approach. Good inter-personal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels. Candidates must be able to work well as part of a team and on their own initiative. Proven track record in a sales environment, used to working towards and achieving set targets and goals. Ability to work under pressure. SYSTEMS: Good Microsoft Office Skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet. EDUCATION: Candidates should be educated to at least 'GCSE' calibre or equivalent, in both Maths & English C Grade or above. BACKGROUND: Candidates should have previous customer service experience.
