Job Title:Pensions Administrator - Guildford Area
Description:Pensions Administrator - Guildford Area - Guildford, Surrey Supporting the Team in providing a high quality and client focused administration service to clients. Good working knowledge of the relevant pension schemes to provide service Accurate preparation of calculations, quotations and claims for members, check and authorize in accordance with right tools, and most recent legislation Take an active role in the achievement of Team targets, working effectively and appropriately on team Professional, courteous and accurate communication(verbally and in writing) to members, clients and third parties Answer telephone queries enquiries appropriately from Scheme Members and third parties To ensure that SLA and disclosure standards are met Be aware of pensions developments and new legislation Contribute to the production of administration reports Knowledge, skills and experience: Good working knowledge of pension scheme benefit administration Good working knowledge of appropriate legislative and regulatory requirements Awareness of technical developments within the industry Ability to use technology appropriately and effectively to achieve desired results Strong numerical skills Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Effectively and appropriately communicate formally and informally
Salary Range:20000 - 24000/annum Flexible
