dhc are a rapidly expanding Accounts software reseller who are looking for an enthusiastic Support person to join their team
Your main focus will be to investigate and provide a solution on calls logged to you within the agreed service level
assist in maintaining an already high level of customer service.
Log in-coming support calls from phone and email
Liaise with the software vendor on required program fixes
Document known software problems an
Liaise daily with the Support Manager on outstanding calls
1 year experience of working in a helpdesk/customer services environment
Strong Telephone\Communication skills
Accounting\Book Keeping skills would be an advantage
SQL would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given
The ability to work well within a team but also use your own initiative
The ability to prioritise your work load
