Job Title:Claims Case Handlers
Description:Claims Case Handlers - Basingstoke & Deane, Hampshire Managing and developing a caseload on behalf of the Legal Expenses Division including the handling of all claims pre and post litigation to ensure that a just swift result is obtained with the best resources being made available for the client and insurance provider. Promoting the vision of the Legal Expenses Division in respect of Fairness, Integrity and Professionalism. Skills Required/Person Specification : Positive attitude with strength of character and determination to succeed Maintaining high standards, setting and achieving goals. If you are the MIB Specialist within your particular Unit to ensure that you are at all times familiar with the up to date rules and procedures in relation to MIB cases including both untraced and uninsured agreements. If you are the Defendant Specialist within the Unit to ensure that you are at all times familiar with the up to date rules and procedures in relation to Defendant cases. Having good technical knowledge of the CPR and to ensure that you have a good understanding of the working practices of a legal environment in particular with the regard to process for compensation claims. Skills required: Having a good working knowledge of both the RTA and PI Protocols and to ensure that these are adhered to at all times. Current claims negotiator exp is essential
