Job Title:Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk
Description:Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk - London Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk My client a major insurance company, are looking for a Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk to provide Management Information on a prompt and accurate basis. The person we are looking for will be a solid performer who is used to producing reports and working with Excel. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in this field preferably gained in a finance area, indeed some knowledge of FSA (or similar)environment or practices would be of interest. Main Accountabilities :- Ensure company best practice/general business compliance adhered to. Liaise with staff at all levels. Prepare reports(eg cash flow, Quality Audit) and have the ability to analyse and interpret. Posting Purchase invoices, expense claims and journals. Scanning/filing/archiving of documents. Main Skills :- Intermediate level Excel. Analyse / interpret figures. Team player. Self Motivated. Microsoft Word/Outlook. Qualifications GCSE standard or equivalent, and if studying for AAT exams (not essential) then help will be given. This role would suit someone who is looking for a long term role, and not merely as a stepping stone. The salary offered is excellent and comes with a fabulous and comprehensive benefits package.
