Our client is one of the largest providers of financial services products to the non – mainstream credit market in the UK. A top FTSE 250 company with a national network of over 500 branches, they now seek Customer Service Managers to join their brand new division in the fulfilment of new business opportunities.
An exciting opportunity to become a key member of the team, the role encompasses the successful closing and assistance with the completion of approved loans either at a branch or at the customer’s own home. Predominantly field based, duties include:
• Managing a diary system and attending all meetings booked
• Building and maintaining effective customer relationships
• Maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and Managers
• Closing business and completion of necessary paperwork
• Meeting set targets and performance indicators.
In this role you will need to demonstrate strong organisational skills, sales ability, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and professionalism. A full UK driving licence is essential for the position, and FSA advanced certification would be an advantage. (NB You must be prepared to study for certification through the Company if you do not already have the qualification.)
Flexibility is essential as hours of work are 35 worked within the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday as per business needs.
In return our client will offer you a package consisting of good basic and bonus up to 44% of basic salary PLUS fully expensed company car and first-rate benefits.
